Congratulations to our students for their exceptional performance in the 2023 Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination. Despite the challenges they faced this year, we are proud of their achievements and wish them a bright and fruitful future.
Outstanding results in Core subjects:
Our students’ results in core subjects were outstanding, with a passing rate of 99% for English Language, 97% for Chinese Language, Mathematics, and Liberal Studies. Additionally, the rate in all subjects with Level 4 or above is 47.2%, while the overall average for Hong Kong is 36.8%.
Higher than the HK average:
In comparison to the Hong Kong average, our students performed exceptionally well. Specifically, the percentage of achieving Level 5 or above in 7 subjects is higher than the Hong Kong average, and the percentage of achieving Level 4 or above in 12 subjects is also higher than the Hong Kong average.
Record breaking:
Our students also set a new record, with 66.7% achieving L5 or above and 33.3% achieving L5** in Visual Arts.
High admission rate to universities:
We are pleased to announce that 70% of our students have met the entrance requirements for Hong Kong universities (3322), demonstrating their readiness for higher education. Once again, congratulations to our students on their outstanding achievements.
